Nine Inch Nails

Every Wednesday James teaches Room 9 and is leading us through some exciting problem-based learning: Cycle Mountain.  Last week we had 200 tyres delivered to use for our cycle track.  We needed to move the pile so they were out of the way.  It was a really fun time!

We read a story called Two Little Goldfish and it had lots of past tense in it.  We looked at all of the words and made a list of the present and past tense words.  Then we made a keynote showing some of them.

I wonder if anyone could also start putting together a routine for this song for this competition?

Every Friday while NIN are busy with Seed2Table, I have been working with Room 6! Here is a project we have been working on. We have been learning to say “What is your name?” (Ko wai to ingoa) in Maori and respond “I am Nic” (Ko Nic ahau). We practiced a lot and created self portraits. Then we had a go at speaking out loud into the camera on imovie. Each person then came down to help crop their piece of the movie and import their self-portrait photo. Have a go at saying the phrase on our voice mail widget! We would love to hear from you!

Kayleigh and Kaitlin have finished their camp movie. Man, we had an awesome time! There are literally thousands of excellent photos to choose from! If you want some bring in a pen drive one time and you can sit down with your son or daughter and choose some photos of them to remember forever!
