Worm Farm

We have been reading about how to make a worm farm in this book. We went to have a look at our worm farm by the compost bins. We laughed at the worm wee!
We are wondering what the worm wee does for our garden and if we can get the worm farm up and going again? We had an idea to have a competition for the classes at RSS to collect the most scraps.

Discovery Time:
Here is a reflection with 4 people about Friday’s discovery session:
What did you enjoy?
I enjoyed using the bee bots and trying out our maps that we had made during the week, I can see my self getting better at moving the bee bot around, practicing, window painting was cool because you could paint what you like, I liked playing with multi links because you make weapons and other cool stuff, I enjoyed the play dough – I enjoyed everything!
So what did you learn?
Were we learning? It was good to test something you’ve made, it was fun learning, how to make puppet shows, use our imagination, new games, be creative, it doesn’t feel like learning.
Problems/Now what: where to from here?
New things to play with, lego, outside games, sports, basketball net, board game, people have turns at bringing in something “special” to play with.
Parents is there anything you would like to help us with? We have discovery every Friday (apart from this Friday!) from 11:40.
