Hi Nic i made my pavlova today it was interesting. It was fun measuring everything but the blender broke then the handle of the whisk broke and the pav looked like a pancake. that’s why the photo of it is already in the bowel. But it still tasted like a pavlova – YUCK!!!    From Tawhara =)
